Transaction process for customized products


Our dealings are based on fairness, justice, honesty and mutual benefit.
When you have a product to customize, the basic steps are as follows:

1.You can contact our customer service or send us an email and send us a picture or drawing explaining your needs and requirements.


2. We'll get back to you with a quote and answers to your questions.
    Note: Sometimes, we need your physical samples, this needs to be sent to us, we will quote you the most accurate price when we receive it.


3.If you accept and have the intention to place an order, we will agree on the product details, transportation, delivery time, payment method , etc.


4.Both parties sign the contract,You'll have to pay in advance or in full.


5.We will make a sample for you, you receive the sample, instant feedback to us, if the product is OK, we will arrange the production of large quantities.
If the product needs to be modified, we will make the sample twice until it meets the customer's requirements.


6.We will produce large quantities based on confirmed samples.
   Note: Orders cannot be modified or canceled during this process.


7.After the product is ready, we will ship the product according to the customer's requirements. We will inform the customer before delivery and send the tracking number to the customer after delivery.
